Terms and conditions

 

- All prices are in euros exlusive of VAT, departure
  MESSEME (49)

- MINIMUM order is for 9 litres, i.e. 12 bottles, 6
  magnums etc.

- EXPORT minimum order value is 1.000 € before
  VAT

- PAYMENT is due upon receipt of invoice.
  All export orders must be paid prior shipment
  30 days from date of order if approved by our
  credit insurance

- ALL WINES are offered subject to availability and 
  price change

- EXPORT deliveries can be arranged and charged at
  cost + insurance cost 0,3%

- CLAIMS : all wines should be inspected on delivery
  and any claim made within 3 days
